Advisory Board member, customer experience and new content

Teija Kuustonen is a professional in customer experience and customer relationship management, as well as digital services and change management, with 20 years of experience working at the interface between the customer, business and technology.

Teija’s approach to work is strongly based on customer and employee orientation and a holistic examination of change. Teija has previously worked e.g. in the development of digital services in the OP Bank Group, and as Director of Customer Experience at Tieto and LähiTapiola. Teija is currently responsible for developing customer paths and selling small and medium-sized customers at Lindström.

What is needed for future success in working life?

The working life of the future requires humanity and co-operation: the desire and ability to set in motion the needs of people – both colleagues and clients – and to see working life as a network of people that goes much further together than alone.
