WHO?

I am grateful for all the experience I have gained in my 20-year career in facilitating organizational development programmes and supporting people’s growth. I have been involved in a great variety of projects from process development to culture as well as facilitating acquisition of new skills, learning to learn and leveraging leadership potential – in many different roles. My passion is continuous learning together, combining exploration and practice with research and theories. I am on a journey of change and I enjoy every moment. Terms, isms, and phenomena change shape, but the magic of working together only intensifies.

WHY?

To get everyone involved in a meaningful way so that everyone knows they are heard and an important and relevant part of the whole and find their own place and receives appreciation. To learn to see and consider the whole more broadly without being paralyzed by its complexity. Because the complex is also beautiful – when interpreted together. To strengthen the experience of safety and trust together and that we drive change – not ‘change’ us.
