WHO?

I am a messenger, coach and developer of personnel analytics. I will help you and your organization to move from knowledge management and technical issues to a change in management and operating culture. In particular, I will guide you on how to make more comprehensive and systematic use of staff information; in this way, you increase employee understanding, contribute to a better employee experience and develop knowledge-based (personnel) management, as well as support business and strategy performance.

WHY?

The backbone of every organization is a skilled, well-being, committed and motivated staff. In order to realize this full internal potential, organizations need to better understand their staff. Personnel analytics is a way to increase knowledge-based employee understanding and thus find solutions to strategic and key business issues.

Financial figures are often one of the strongest driving forces in an organization; in my view, even those numbers come from the staff. Therefore, I see a huge potential in HR analytics and HR knowledge management to support strategic leadership and provide a sustainable competitive advantage.

HOW?

Personnel analytics is used to find solutions to business or strategic challenges by including personnel-related data in the analysis of the situation. Or it explores factors that contribute to past excellence and success so that they can be developed and disseminated elsewhere in the organization. I help to utilize HR analytics in the first steps and coach to understand the complexity of HR analytics.

In order to spread the benefits of HR analytics throughout the organization, attention must be paid to more than just technology and analytical methods. In addition to analyzing your organization’s technical capabilities, I help to analyze the current state of your organization’s strategic readiness and knowledge management culture, and formulate a goal state – and how to bridge the gap between them.
