New era of leadership

LEADERSHIP BELONGS TO EVERYONE

The new era of leadership is sharing responsibility with every employee as well as co-guidance towards the purpose of the organisation. Supervisors are there to support and enable this transition and the start of the learning process. Working life crucially needs managers who boldly invite the entire working community to lead together.

Multi-location and remote work have taken over working life. The new working hours, places and premises are managed differently than before. The different hybrid models for remote and office work require special attention from the perspective of leadership, to ensure everyone’s competence and participation.

BY REFORMING THE LEADERSHIP CULTURE WITH US FROM A HIERARCHY TO HYBRID, WE PROMISE:

  1. A COOPERATION CULTURE THAT SUPPORTS THE MANAGEMENT OF MULTI-LOCATION WORK.
Multi-location and remote work is managed mainly in other ways than in face to face work. When managing multi-location work, it is important to take into account the different locations, working hours and facilities, as well as their opportunities and limitations. By focusing on building a digital cooperation culture, it is possible to utilise the entire organisation’s wisdom, even though the work is not carried out in the same office facilities.
  2. A MANAGEMENT TEAM OF NEW ERA TO PROMOTE A SUCCESSFUL COOPERATION CULTURE.
In addition to leadership, the management teams are also going through changes. We help management teams reflect and identify their own operations, internal roles, and strategic goals in a new way. We believe that the management team is a mirror of the entire organisation and its leadership culture.
  3. A REVOLUTION OF SUPERVISORY WORK.
Supervisory work is going through greater changes than ever before. Organisations need
supervisors who listen, encourage and motivate employees towards excellent performance and co-working. They walk the journey with the employees to build a shared success story. Modern supervisory work supports the employees’ cooperation relationships and learning.
  4. AGILE TEAMS THAT MANAGE THEIR COOPERATION.
Co-guidance, building mutual understanding, and supporting interactive discussions is everyone’s duty – not just the manager’s. Leadership is interaction and influencing that mainly happens virtually in future organisations. Successful interaction within and between teams comes horizontally without the hierarchical stiffness. Agile teams are independently guided, but they agree on the principles of cooperation and work practices in order to succeed together.
  5. SELF-MANAGEMENT AS A BASIC SKILL IN WORKING LIFE.
As part of the modern leadership culture, every member of the working community also manages themselves. Organisations seek co-guiding teamwork that is based on self-managing individuals. The basic idea of self-management is to lead yourself to others.
